Dining Services

Opportunities vary from preparing and serving a meal to receiving and organizing food donations.  

 

Technology 101

Share your expertise by helping our clients bridge the gap in an increasingly technology-based world. Your guidance with online job applications, email, and social media sites will help them gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to be savvy and successful job seekers.

Backpack Program

Fill bags with meals and snacks for area children to take home over the weekend. Join us as we work to bridge the gap from week to week for kids in need.

Activity/Movie Night

Host a movie/popcorn or game night. (Games available here or provide a game from your home that you love to play.) This is a great opportunity to bring your whole family or a larger group and serve together.

Mentor Program

Provide a client with a mature Christian role model through one-on-one mentoring. Your consistent encouragement and fellowship can break downs barriers and change lives.

Life Skills Classes

Share your talents by teaching a class and providing our clients with the opportunity to learn a new skill or develop a new hobby. Some classes focus on needed skills, like interviewing for a job or responsibly using a bank account. Others are just for fun, like quilting, group exercise, guitar lessons and baking cookies.

Kid Rescuers

Sponsor a Drive

Work Projects

Help us keep a clean and well-maintained facility by assisting with seasonal projects. We welcome help with everything from snow removal to spring cleaning.

Special Skills

Do you like photography, graphic design, videography, crafts or have another unique skill you can share? Talk with the Hospitality Department to learn how you may be able to fill a unique role! We are always looking for new ways for you to serve.

Rescued Treasures

Help our clients shop for needed clothing and personal hygiene items using our voucher system. Or help keep the store organized by sorting donations and displaying clothing on shelves and hangers to make choosing items easier.
Help is needed throughout the day.

Sharing Christianity

Offer a godly example for establishing healthy habits and a lifestyle of dignity through teaching the Word of God. By doing so, you can take a front row seat to the life transformation happening in the lives of our clients.
